Fortnite Terms And Agreements

23. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 does not apply to these terms and conditions and no third party has the right to impose or rely on a provision of these conditions. Some content on PSN may have features that allow you to record your user information by a user and publicly pass it on to third parties, including users outside OF PSN. You agree that, for whatever reason, third parties may register, use and distribute your data without restrictions or compensation. Additional conditions may apply, including the terms of a game publisher or service provider. Please check all the terms carefully. If you don`t want your data to be used, recorded or distributed, don`t use or access PSN. 16. Dexerto Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove parts (or all) of the website, including, but not exclusively, the products and/or services available.

These terms and conditions continue to apply to any modified version of the site, unless it is expressly specified otherwise. 10.1. All intellectual property rights that exist in PSN content, including all software, data, services and other content related to PSN or used in connection with PSN, include online identifier and access to content and material used in connection with PSN, YOU, its related companies and its licensees. The use of the terms “property,” “property,” “purchase,” “sale,” “sale,” “lease” or “purchase” in this agreement or in relation to PSN content does not mean or imply the transfer of ownership of content, data or software or intellectual property rights from YOU, its related companies or its licensees to a user or third party. 1.4. In addition to these terms of use and terms of use (“Contract” or “Conditions”), the following terms and conditions apply and are part of your contract with us: (a) the system software license agreement that regulates the use of software built into a PlayStation, PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, PlayStation Vita, PlayStation TV, PlayStation Classic, PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 (a “PlayStation Device”); and (b) all applicable software product licensing agreements (which govern your use of playStation gaming, mobile and application software designed to work on a PlayStation device).
