Agreement In A Meeting

Richard Austen-Baker, a researcher in English law, suggested that the continuation of the concept at present should be based on a confusion of the concept with the concept of consensus ad idem (“Agreement on the same thing”, which is an undisputed requirement of synallagatic contraction, and that this confusion may be the result of the recent lack of knowledge of Latin. [5] According to the formalistic theory of the contract, each contract must be composed of six elements: offer, acceptance, consideration, meeting of minds, capacity and legality. Many other contracts, but not all types of contracts, must also be written and signed by the responsible party, in an element called form. [Citation required] Recently, I have gone beyond the agreements of the community. When is it better to propose principles to the group and when is it better for a group to create its own? For my graphic training workshops, I could start the piece with a poster like the one in the image above, and ask the group if they have any edited or additions. For years, I have always asked groups to write them together, but in brief meetings or focus groups, if time is very valuable or if the group does not meet for a conversation with a high commitment, it may seem trite to ask the group to participate in these container building activities. Other ways to establish group agreements may be more appropriate for shorter meetings or workshops or for groups that do not deal with emotional or controversial topics. This means that, whatever tools we use, we want to make agreements in which people learn what they need to learn, in the most open and secure way possible together. By defining and agreeing on the expected behaviours for all team members, we are able to reduce behavioral problems. Good practices promoted by the agreement eventually become habits that move the team forward, while bad habits are eliminated. Also consider whether the work should be divided into more parts.
